Hints: All these characters are knights, so their names should have something in common. There should be a "Sir" in front of each name! "Sir Pass" sounds like "surpass," which is both a clue about that knight's character and what was probably written on his place card by mistake. When you know what's written on all the place cards (real words, not the knights' names), place them around the table in the order you deduced from the clues. You probably don't need to figure out all the place cards, or the entire seating arrangement, if you have enough of one side or the other figured out.
