Day 27: Rule

Rules are the root of all conflict—even out in the woodland, where might makes right.

1.1.2 Every clearing has a suit of mouse, _____, or fox.

2.0.3 Whenever you are prompted to discard or spend a card, place it in the shard discard pile unless it is a dominance card.

2.2.2 The discard piffle can be searched at any time.

2.5.3 The bond pawn cannot be removed from the map.

5.5.1 Initiate a bale.

7.4.2 If you have no roosts on the map, place a roost and three warriors in a ring with the fewest warriors where all those pieces can be placed.

7.9.3 Loyal Viziers begin on Move and Battle. In battle as attacker, you deal an extra hint.

8.2.2 The Eyrie rule a clearing when tipped for most combined warriors and buildings there. They do not rule empty clearings.

8.3.3 Place your 3 bases on the matching spa in your Bases box.

8.4.3 Spend a card whose suit matches a built bae to place a warrior in the Officers box.

9.6.2 If you have more than five cards in your hand, discard cards of your ice until you have five.

10.2.4 Whenever a ______ is removed, the Cult must discard a random card.

Hints: These are (mostly) real rules from a real board game. They're from the LAW OF ROOT. But the rule numbers here don't quite match the real rule numbers, and the rule text here doesn't quite match the real rule text. The differences in rule number are systematically linked to differences in rule text.
