Hardhit Beetle isn't technically from Link's Awakening, but specifically Link's Awakening DX, where it serves as the boss of the Color Dungeon. It says "BLUE IS SAFE. YELLOW IS CAUTION. RED IS DANGER. TAKE YOUR TIME," or something along those lines, and as it takes damage, its shell(?) turns from blue to green to yellow to orange to red.
Some of the emoji in the grid are predominantly one of these five colors; the other emoji are mostly gray or brown or white or black or aren't clearly associated with any color. If you isolate the blue emoji, they describe what I would call a pretty good letter B, given what I had to work with.
The letters spelled out by colors in Hardhit Beetle order spell the answer, BUYER.
