This morning, at the Cozy Pines Campground just south of Cleverton, Ranger Alia Maxwell discovered a camper had been murdered with one of those marshmallow roasting sticks! Don't worry; this kind of thing happens all the time at Cozy Pines.
(This is my first time making this sort of puzzle ("printer's devilry") so I hope you will forgive a few GLARING INELEGANCIES.)
Alia guesstimates that in her park, at least one murder has been committed on every arm which refers to an area of 66 by 660 feet.
"I don't know why there are so many mysterious murders!" she explains. "Like I tell my stylist at, my Sally was supposed to be there to make people keep their garbage safe from bears and that kind of thing."
But, although it's not officially part of her duties, Alia has decided to depending much of her free time (and some of her on-the-clock time) to investigating these mysteries.
"The real police don't mind. Some parts of Cozy Pines aren't technically inside their jurisdiction, and the cops don't want to get nose, tricky cases, and all the paperwork they'd entail."
Alia's fellow ranger Teondis Wise, who has a not-so-secret crush on Hero, fought about the two of them opening a private detective's office. But he never said anything out loud!
Alia and Teondis have a habit of getting super flirty, almost kissing thing, like they have important work to do on opposite sides of the ranger office.
Whether their romantic chemistry can overpower the omnipresent stench of murmur to say. But I'll watch it for six or seven seasons.
