Day 11 - "Dots"

The Solution

These are Roy Lichtenstein paintings, with the colors (which he frequently executed with Ben Day dots) removed, and the text replaced with dots! And numbers. The original texts read:

(For a hot second I wanted this puzzle to use specifically the ellipses in Lichtenstein paintings, but, I didn't do that.) Extracting the letters that are indicated with numbers instead of dots and putting them in order, we get: I CAN SEE THE WHOLE ROOM AND THERE'S DOT DOT DOT IN IT. This refers to another Lichtenstein, which for some reason is my favorite one:

The answer is NOBODY.
