Letavermilia: Valdemar

This is a complicated one. Maybe you should get out that graph paper again.

Go aft. You can't go outside in this weather without extra protection, though, so go starboard to the cargo hold. Wear the cold-resistant gear. Now you can go port and outside to begin exploring.

Wander around the planet. Draw a map so you don't get lost. When you see the base of an obelisk, take a closer look at it. Each obelisk has a number painted on it. I think we know what that means!

Hint 1
The explorable area forms a five-by-five grid of locations. The landing site is right in the middle.

Hint 2
When you find an obelisk, note it on your map, along with the number on the obelisk and any noteworthy details about the obelisk itself.

Hint 3
If you visit all 25 rooms, you'll find all five obelisks, and you'll have all five digits of the coordinate you need. It's just not immediately clear what order they go in. You could try all 120 possibilities, but there should be a way to establish an unambiguous ordering.

Hint 4
There's a location on the map from which you can see all five obelisks.

Hint 5
Go to the cliff in the southeast corner (from the landing site, go south, east, east, and south again). The etched tablet tells you to enjoy the view.

Hint 6
If you look at your map, from your current position, you should be able to tell which obelisks you're seeing from left to right. You can think of it as looking "clockwise" from due west to due north. But there are some extra clues: The leftmost pillar (corresponding to the first digit) is fractured. The one in the middle (corresponding to the third digit) is leaning. Is this too difficult? Ryan said you'd be able to handle it. He said you'd think it was "super fun."

Hint 7
The coordinate is 41632.

Return to the ship. Go in, go fore, and set the autopilot to the correct coordinate.

Continue to that planet.
